This Website Privacy Policy explains how Rella Aesthetics and Rella Weight Loss (“Rella,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collect, use, disclose, and protect information through rellaweightloss.com and the weight-loss assessment and online scheduling experience linked from that website.
This policy applies to website and marketing-funnel information. It does not replace any HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices that Rella provides to patients. If information becomes part of a medical record, Rella’s Notice of Privacy Practices and applicable health-information laws may also apply.
Information we collect
Depending on how you use the website, we may collect:
- Contact information, such as name, email address, and mobile telephone number.
- Assessment preferences, such as a general weight-goal range, the category of challenge you select, the type of support you prefer, desired timing, preferred location, and investment-readiness category.
- Scheduling information, such as the location, service, provider, date, and time selected through Boulevard.
- Consent records, including the consent language shown, consent version, whether optional marketing consent was selected, date and time, and source website.
- Attribution and technical information, such as UTM parameters, Google click identifiers, referring page, browser/device information, IP-derived security and rate-limit signals, and ordinary server logs.
- Communications, such as messages you send to Rella and records of consultation-related or promotional communications.
The website assessment is not a clinical intake. It is not designed to collect diagnoses, detailed medication history, laboratory results, insurance information, or other detailed medical history. Those details should be provided only through Rella’s approved clinical systems after scheduling.
How we use information
We may use information to:
- provide assessment results and respond to your request;
- help you schedule a consultation through Boulevard;
- create or update a CRM record in GoHighLevel/LeadConnector;
- route non-clinical follow-up based on location, timing, and general readiness;
- send consultation-related communications you requested;
- send promotional communications only when the required consent exists;
- maintain consent, security, fraud-prevention, and audit records;
- understand aggregate website and advertising performance;
- comply with legal, regulatory, and professional obligations; and
- protect Rella, our patients, users, staff, and systems.
Individual assessment answers are not designed to be sent to Google Analytics, Google Ads, Microsoft Clarity, or other advertising/behavioral analytics platforms. Rella should not create advertising audiences based on weight-loss assessment answers or inferred health status.
How information is disclosed
We may disclose information to service providers that support the website and requested services, subject to applicable agreements and safeguards. Current or planned providers include:
- GoDaddy, WordPress, Elementor, and Cloudflare for website hosting and delivery;
- Vercel for the server-side assessment and booking application;
- Supabase for limited application data and opaque system links;
- Boulevard as the source of truth for scheduling and appointment lifecycle;
- GoHighLevel/LeadConnector for CRM follow-up and consent records;
- communications providers used for requested calls, email, and text messages; and
- Google for limited public-page analytics and advertising attribution only after privacy review and configuration.
We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or safety, in connection with a business transaction, or with your direction.
Cookies, analytics, and advertising
Public informational pages may use limited cookies or similar technologies for security, site operation, aggregate analytics, and advertising attribution. The assessment, booking, contact, and clinical-intake experiences must not send names, contact information, assessment answers, appointment details, or medical information to advertising or session-replay platforms.
Microsoft Clarity is not approved for assessment, booking, consultation, or clinical-intake pages unless a documented privacy review confirms the exact configuration and data flow.
Retention
Rella retains information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above and to satisfy legal, clinical, accounting, dispute, security, and recordkeeping obligations.
Your choices
- You may decline optional marketing consent and still request a consultation.
- You may reply STOP to opt out of promotional texts and HELP for help.
- You may use the unsubscribe option in marketing email.
- You may contact Rella to request access, correction, or deletion, subject to applicable law and record-retention exceptions.
- You may choose not to provide information, but Rella may be unable to respond to or schedule the requested consultation.
California residents may have additional rights under applicable California privacy law. These may include rights to know, access, correct, delete, or limit certain uses of personal information and to opt out of sale or sharing, if those provisions apply to Rella. Rella will not discriminate against a consumer for exercising an applicable privacy right.
Security
Rella uses administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information. No website, transmission, or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Do not submit detailed medical information through the marketing assessment or ordinary email or text.
Children’s privacy
The website and weight-loss assessment are intended for adults. Rella does not knowingly use the assessment to collect information from children under 18. Contact Rella if you believe a child submitted information through this experience.
Third-party services and links
The website may link to Boulevard, social media, or other third-party services. Those services have their own privacy practices. Rella is not responsible for the privacy practices of a third party acting independently from Rella.
Changes to this policy
Rella may update this policy as practices or legal requirements change. The effective date above will identify the current version. Material changes will be communicated as required by law.
